I charge 30% cancellation fee for any no- shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment I understand emergency’s and sickness happens ( this does not include work matters ) Communication is key ! DEPOSITS & APPOINTMENT POLICY • Deposits go toward your service total unless you are a no-show. • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment will be canceled. • All appointments must be confirmed at least one week prior to the scheduled service. • Failure to confirm your appointment may result in cancellation. Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding hair and makeup appointment. This deposit covers the reserved time and travel for this mobile service. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled service to receive a refund of your deposit. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable due to the loss of reserved time and inability to rebook those hours.
